InsurUp / Connected case study
From the first ad
to the sales workflow.
At one B2B insurtech, I ran acquisition, made the creative, built automations and shipped the team’s sales CRM. This is how those pieces fit together.
- 2,500+
- qualified B2B leads in 12 months
- ~₺1M+
- company MRR the work contributed to
- 30
- people equipped with the sales CRM
These are reported outcomes from the individual case studies. Revenue reflects a company result I contributed to, alongside the sales team and product. It is not a claim of sole attribution.
01 / Campaign strategy, paid media & creative
Earn attention
I built the Meta and Google campaigns, produced the ads, and ran the brand's social content. The creative and acquisition work shared the same buyer context.

02 / Qualification, scoring & proposals
How I approached the lead handoff
The automation work covers qualifying inbound leads, prioritizing follow-up and drafting proposals. Each function has its own job in the path from an inquiry to a sales conversation, and each one stops at a person: the score sets the order the team works in, and the draft waits for someone to decide it is worth sending.

Give sales a place to work
I built and launched the sales CRM for the 30-person team. Ad leads, call records, tasks and customer history come together in the tool the team works in.
