₺100K a month behind a collectibles retailer
A Turkish e-commerce importing Pokémon trading cards and sealed collectibles from the United States. I took the advertising over from a standing start, rebuilt the account, and now run roughly ₺100,000 of monthly spend across Meta and Google, with the creative made in-house rather than briefed out.

Where it started
A store selling sealed boxes and single cards to a young Turkish audience. I took over the ads and rebuilt the setup from the ground up: campaign structure, targeting, and the creative that runs inside it.
How it runs now
Roughly ₺100,000 a month across Meta and Google. Product spotlights, live rip-and-ship promos and campaign pushes run side by side, and the creative is produced in-house on a brand system I wrote, so a new angle takes hours rather than a briefing cycle.
The campaign that proved it
The Pokémon 30th-anniversary set released globally on one day. We opened pre-orders in Turkey first, on the same day as the rest of the world, and the campaign month brought in about ₺1,500,000 in revenue on ₺100,000 of ad spend. The connected story covers how the storefront, the terms and the ads were built for it.
